Masala Pav recipe is so simple. A very filling and tasty snack that can be assembled very quickly. An ideal snack for unexpected guests. Let me show you how to prepare this Masala pav at home.

Ingredients:
18 Pavs
1 chopped Onion
2 chopped Tomatoes
1 chopped Capsicum
3 Green Chillies
1/2 inch Ginger
5 Garlic pods
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
1/2 tsp Sugar
4 tsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cumin
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Sev

Method: Cut the Pavs into pieces and keep aside. Blend together Green Chillies, Ginger and Garlic and keep aside the masala mix. Heat Oil and Butter. Crackle Cumin and add the blended masala mix. Saute for 1 minute. Then add Onion and Salt and saute for 2 minutes. Next, add the chopped Capsicum and Tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes. Put in the Kashmiri Chilli powder and the Pav Bhaji masala. Fry for 1 minute and then add 1/2 cup water. Once the gravy starts boiling then add sugar and the Lime juice. Finally, once the gravy thickens put in the cut Pav and toss well. Sprinkle Coriander leaves and Sev and serve hot.
