Masala Pav recipe is so simple. A very filling and tasty snack that can be assembled very quickly. An ideal snack for unexpected guests. Let me show you how to prepare this Masala pav at home.Ingredients:18 Pavs1 chopped Onion2 chopped Tomatoes1 chopped Capsicum3 Green Chillies1/2 inch Ginger5 Garlic pods1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala1/2 tsp Sugar4 tsp Oil1 tbsp Butter1 tsp CuminJuice of 1 LemonSalt to tasteCoriander leavesSevMethod: Cut the Pavs into pieces and keep aside. Blend together Green Chillies, Ginger and Garlic and keep aside the masala mix. Heat Oil and Butter. Crackle Cumin and add the blended masala mix. Saute for 1 minute. Then add Onion and Salt and saute for 2 minutes. Next, add the chopped Capsicum and Tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes. Put in the Kashmiri Chilli powder and the Pav Bhaji masala. Fry for 1 minute and then add 1/2 cup water. Once the gravy starts boiling then add sugar and the Lime juice. Finally, once the gravy thickens put in the cut Pav and toss well.
