Ingredients for Masala Nimbu Pani:
Coriander seeds 1 ½ tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 ½ tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 ½ tbsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chia seeds 1 tsp
Water 2 cups
Powdered Sugar 1 tsp
Prepared masala 1/2 tsp

Directions for Masala Nimbu Pani:
7. In a pan add coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cumin seeds and roasted them for 1-2 minutes.
8. In a blender add roasted coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cumin seeds and blend well. Your masala is ready.
9. Soak chia seeds in water for 15 minutes.
10. In a glass add prepared masala, black salt, lemon juice, sugar, water, chia seeds and mix well. Your masala nimbu pani is ready.
Preparation time: 10-15 mins
Cooking time: 20-25 mins
Serving: 3-4
