For a perfect biryani use Falak Extreme Rice. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #FalakRiceWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3rjVvBaVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.Masala Karachi BiryaniServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Falak Extreme Basmati Rice 500g -Water as required -Boiling water as required -Namak (Salt) 1 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs-Cooking oil 2 tsp -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece -Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves -Water 2-3 tbs -Cooking oil Cup-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tbs-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Laung (Cloves) 2-3 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) tsp -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium -Water 1 Cup or as required -Namak (Salt) tbs or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) tbs or to taste -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp -Garam masala powder 1 tsp -Chicken stock cube 1-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled 250g-Aalo bukhara (Dried plums) 8-10 -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked Cup -Lemon juice 3 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs-Chicken kg -Zarda ka rang (Food color) tsp -Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 medium -Lemon slices 3-4 -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-5 -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs -Javitri powder (Mace powder) tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tbs-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) tsp -Cooking oil 2 tbs Directions:- In a bowl,add rice,water,wash thoroughly and soak for 20 minutes then strain soaked rice & set aside.-In boiling water,add salt,vinegar,cooking oil and mix well.-Add soaked rice,mix well & boil until 3/4th done (8-10 minutes) then strain & set aside.-In spice mixer,add green chillies,ginger,garlic and water,blend well to make paste & set aside.-In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,black cardamom,star anise,cinnamon sticks,cloves,black peppercorns,green cardamom,tomatoes,ground chilli paste and mix well.-Add water,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,chicken stock cube and mix well.-Add potatoes and mix well,cover and cook on medium flame until potatoes are half done (8-10 minutes).-Add dried plums,yogurt,lemon juice and mix well.-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves and mix well.-Add chicken,mix well and cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes.-Add food color and mix well.-Add tomato,lemon slices,green chillies and mint leaves.-In small bowl,add mace powder,cumin seeds,nutmeg powder and mix well.-In pot,add half quantity of spice mix,boiled rice,remaining spice mix and boiled rice,cooking oil,cover and steam cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.-Serve with raita & salad!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Bowl mein chawal aur pani dal ker thoroughly wash ker lein aur 20 minutes kliya bhego dein phir soaked chawal ko strain ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Boiling water mein namak,sirka aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Soaked chawal dal ker mix ker lein aur aur 3/4th done hunay tak boil ker lein (8-10 minutes) phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.-Spice mixer mein hari mirchein,adrak,lehsan aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka paste tayar ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Pot mein cooking oil,zeera,badi elaichi,badiyan ka phool,darchini,laung,sabut kali mirch,hari elaichi, tamatar aur ground chilli paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Namak,lal mirch powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder aur chicken stock cube dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Aalo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per aalo half done ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).-Aalo bukhara,dahi aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.-Zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Tamatar,lemon slices,hari mirchein aur podina dal dein.-Chotay bowl mein javiitri powder,zeera aur jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pot mein spice mix ki half quantity,boiled chawal,remaining spice,cooking oil mix aur boiled chawal dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Raita aur salad ka saath serve karein!
