MASALA DOSA FULL RECIPE

Ingredients :

FOR DOSA BATTER :

2 cup Rice
1/2 cup Urad dal (split lentil)
1 TBS chana dal (split chickpeas)
1/2 TSP Methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
Water
1/2 TSP salt

FOR SAMBAR :

1 Cup Toor dal
2 glass water
1/2 TSP salt
1/3 TSP haldi powder
1 TSP cooking oil
1 TBS cooking oil (for gravy)
1 baadiyaan, 1 cinnamon, 1 bay leave
1/3 TSP Mustard seeds
1 dry red chili
1/3 TSP Cumin
1 tomato
1/2 TSP ginger garlic paste
1/3 TSP haldi powder
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP red chili powder
1/3 TSP coriander and cumin powder
1 TBS water
1/3 TSP Garam masala powder
1 Glass water
Coriander leaves

FOR POTATO MASALA :

1 TSP cooking oil
1/3 TSP Mustard seeds
1 TSP ginger garlic paste
2 green chili
2 onions
1 tomato
1/2 TSP haldi powder
1 TSP salt
1/2 TSP red chili powder
5 boiled potatoes
1/3 TSP garam masala powder
Coriander leaves

FOR SWEET CURD :

5 TBS Curd
2 TBS Sugar

FOR COCONUT CHUTNEY :

1 Cup grated coconut
1/2 green chili
1 TBS Roasted chana dal (daliya)
2 TBS curd
1/2 TSP salt
1 TSP cooking oil
1/3 TSP mustard seeds

FOR RED CHUTNEY:

1 TBS Cooking oil
5 Tomatoes
1 Onion
8-9 Garlic
1/2 TSP Oregano
1/2 TSP Chili flakes
1/2 TSP Red chili powder
1/3 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Sugar
1 TBS Tomato sauce
