Dudhi Muthiya / Lauki Muthiya Recipe

Ingredients :

1 bottle gourd (lauki)
1 green chili
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 tsp red chili powder
1/2 lemon
Some mint and coriander leaves
1 cup besan
1 cup wheat flour
2 litre water
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/3 tsp hing
1/2 tsp cumin
Some curry leaves
1 tbsp sesame seeds
