Try it, it's delicious to eat and easy to prepare!MASALA DEVILLED EGGSIngredients5-6 hard boiled eggs, peeled1 tablespoon butter1½ tbsps pav bhaji masala2 tbsps mayonnaise1 tsp red chilli powder + for sprinkling½ tsp sugarSalt to taste1 small onion, choppedCoriander sprigs for garnishMethod1. Heat butter in a nonstick pan, add pav bhaji masala, mix well and set aside to cool.2. Cut the eggs in halves and remove the yolks3. Add the yolks to the pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add mayonnaise chilli powder, sugar and salt, mix well and transfer the mixture in a piping bag.4. Pipe the mixture on egg whites, add some onions, sprinkle red chilli powder.5.
