Presenting the very popular devilled eggs in a masaledar desi way. Try it, it's delicious to eat and easy to prepare!

MASALA DEVILLED EGGS

Ingredients

5-6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1 tablespoon butter
1½ tbsps pav bhaji masala
2 tbsps mayonnaise
1 tsp red chilli powder + for sprinkling
½ tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1 small onion, chopped
Coriander sprigs for garnish

Method

1. Heat butter in a nonstick pan, add pav bhaji masala, mix well and set aside to cool.
2. Cut the eggs in halves and remove the yolks
3. Add the yolks to the pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add mayonnaise chilli powder, sugar and salt, mix well and transfer the mixture in a piping bag.
4. Pipe the mixture on egg whites, add some onions, sprinkle red chilli powder.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with coriander sprigs.
