Blend mango chunks and sugar with hand blender until thick smooth puree is formed. Keep in refrigerator until used.Directions for Kheer Preparation:2. In a pre-heated pot heat ghee, add vermicelli and roast them until light golden over medium flame.3. Add milk and bring the roasted vermicelli to boil on low medium flame. Keep stirring to avoid it from burning at the bottom.4. Cook until vermicelli is cooked. Add sugar, cardamom powder and cook until sugar is dissolved. Turn off flame and allow it to cool down at room temperature.5. Add fresh cream, mango puree, almonds and pistachios, mango chunks and mix well.6.
