Mango Upside down Cake
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cheeni (Sugar) 3/4 Cup
-Pani (Water) 2 tbs
-Aam (Mango) slices ½ kg
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100 gms (room temperature)
-Pissi hoye cheeni (Powered sugar) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2 large or 3 small (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Directions:
-In saucepan,add sugar,water and cook on very low flame for 12-15 minutes or until caramelized (don’t stir).
-In 8 x 8 inch baking pan,add caramelized sugar and place mango slices & set aside.
-In bowl,add butter and beat for a minute.
-Add powdered sugar and beat again.
-Add eggs and beat until well combined.
-In bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose,baking powder,salt and sift together.
-During beating,add milk,vanilla essence and beat until well combined.
-Pour cake batter in prepared baking pan,spread evenly and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.
-Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the edges to loosen them from the sides of the pan.
-Let it cool down,cut into pieces & serve!

Ajza:
-Cheeni (Sugar) 3/4 Cup
-Pani (Water) 2 tbs
-Aam (Mango) slices ½ kg
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100 gms (room temperature)
-Pissi hoye cheeni (Powered sugar) 1 Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2 large or 3 small (room temperature)
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 Cups
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Doodh (Milk) 1/4 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Directions:
-Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per 12-15 minutes ya caramelized hunay tak taka lein (don’t stir).
-8 x 8 inch baking pan mein caramelized cheeni dal ker mango slices laga lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein makhan dal ker ek minute kliya beat ker lein.
-Pissi hoye cheeni dal ker dubara beat ker lein.
-Anday shamil karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh ker maida,baking powder aur namak dal ker ek saath sift ker lein.
-Beating ka doran doodh aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Cake batter ko tayyar baking pan mein dal ker evenly pheela lein aur preheated oven mein 180 C per 35-40 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal lein aur cake ki sides per knife dal ker ghooma lein ta ka pan ki sides lose ho jayein.
-Thanda ker lein aur pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein.
