Mango Sorbet (vegan) ☆ マンゴーソルベの作り方 | Peaceful Cuisine

You can replace mango with any fruit you like.

Ingredients:

1000g mango (without seed and skin, I used 4 mangoes)
200g maple syrup
200g coconut milk

Instructions:

1. mix and blend all the ingredients
2. freeze the mixture
3. cut in small pieces and blend with food processor
4. freeze the mixture again.
5. serve and enjoy ;)

「材料」

マンゴー 1kg(タネと皮を取り除いた状態で。大きいマンゴー4つ使いました)
メープルシロップ 200g
ココナッツミルク 200g

「作り方」

1、全ての材料をブレンダーなどで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
2、容器に流し入れ、冷凍します。
3、一口大くらいに切り分け、フードプロセッサーにかけます。
4、もう一度冷凍します。
5、出来上がり!
