Mango Lassi with Saffron

This drink is fruity, creamy, and completely customizable! The saffron adds a unique taste that pairs perfectly with the mango.

INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
- 2 ripe mangoes (~462 g)
- 0.5 cup milk (can be any type of milk)
- 1 cup yogurt (since the yogurt was already sweet, we didn't add any sugar)
- Saffron

Directions:
1. peel and chop mangoes
2. combine ingredients into a blender
3. blend 3 minutes
4. serve and enjoy!
