Easiest Mango Cheese Cake | Ice Cream Cheese Cake | No Bake No Egg

This holiday season make an excuse to treat yourself with this perfect creamy cheese cake.
Tadka Twist brings to you no bake, no egg cheesecake. Follow this video for simple way of making mango cheese cake that will be THE DESSERT for your holiday menu.

Ingredients:

For the crust:

1. Oreo biscuits -15 to 16 or 200 gm
2. Melted butter -3 tbsp

For mango cheese cake batter

1. Cream cheese :250 gm
2. Condensed milk - 1/3 cup
3. Mango purée/ pulp - 1/2 cup
4. Whipping Cream : 1/2 cup

For mango jelly
1. Mango custard powder -3 tbsp
2. Water-1/2 cup
3. Mango purée : 1/2 cup
4. Sugar 2 tbsp

Method:

For the crust:

1. Grind Oreo biscuit to make a fine powder
2. Add melted butter and mix well
3. In the cake container spread the mixture, press well to the bottom to make a tight crust
4. Keep refrigerated for 15 - 20 mins

Mango cheesecake batter:

1. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk mango purée well to form a smooth batter
2. Beat the whipping cream until stiff peak , and add it to the cheese cake batter
3. Pour the batter on the crust, spread even
4. Freeze 3 to 4 hours

Prepare the mango jelly:

1. Take the mango custard powder in a bowl , add the water and sugar , mix well
2. Microwave for 30 sec , stir again
3. Add mango purée , mix well
4. Microwave for 2 mins , after every 30 second stir well
5. Let it cool down
6. Add it to the cheese cake . Spread evenly
7. Freeze for 1 hr or until sets
8. Decorate it with fresh mangoes and berries
