Malpura
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Lemon juice 2-3 drops
-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs
-Sooji (Semolina) 2 & tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm Cup
-Yellow food color 2 drops
-Baking soda 1 pinch
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Cream
-Almonds & Pistachio chopped

Directions:
-In a frying pan add sugar and water. Mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Add cardamom powder, lemon juice, mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl add lukewarm milk, sugar and whisk well.
-Add semolina and whisk again.
-Add cardamom powder. Gradually add all-purpose flour and whisk until well combined.
-Add eggs and whisk again.
-Gradually add lukewarm milk and whisk until smooth batter is formed.
-Add yellow food color and whisk well. Cover and rest it for 1 hour.
-Add baking soda and whisk again.
-In a frying pan add cooking oil and pour prepared batter (approx. cup). Fry from both sides until golden brown.
-In sugar syrup dip prepared malpuras and soak for 10 minutes.
-Garnish with cream, almonds and pistachios. Serve!

-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Lemon juice 2-3 drops
-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs
-Sooji (Semolina) 2 & tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm Cup
-Yellow food color 2 drops
-Baking soda 1 pinch
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Cream
-Almonds & Pistachio chopped

-Frying pan mein cheeni aur paani daal ker ache tarha mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Elaichi powder aur lemon juice daal ker ache tarha mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein neem garam pani aur cheeni daal ker ache tarha whisk ker lein.
-Sooji daal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
-Elaichi powder aur thora thora ker k maida shamil kertay jayein aur ache tarha whisk ker lein.
-Anday daal ker dubara whisk karein.
-Thora thora ker k neem garam doodh shamil karein aur smooth batter bannay tak ache tarha whisk ker lein.
-Yellow food color daal ker ache tarha whisk karein aur dhak ker 1 hour k liye rakh dein.
-Baking soda daal ker dubara whisk ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur tayyar batter (approx. cup) daal dein aur dono sides se golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Sheeray mein tayyar malpuras daal ker 10 minutes k liye chor dein.
-Cream aur badam & pista se garnish ker k serve karein.
