A perfect Malai Boti Biryani Recipe by Food Fusion #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou #HarBaarZaiqaydaar #WohiRiwayatiMazaWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3nrXou3Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Malai Boti BiryaniServes 7-8 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Dahi (Yogurt) cup-Cream 2 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder 1 tsp-Safed mirch (White pepper) powder tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp-Boneless chicken cubes 750g-Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs-Badam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 24-25 -Water 2-3 tbs or as required -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 cup-Cream Cup -Mayonnaise 3 tbs-Cooking oil 2 tbs -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 7-8-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 7-8 -Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs -Podina (Mint leaves) 1-2 tbs-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Laung (Clove) 3-4-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3-Darchini (Cinnamon) 1 stick-Bari elaichi (Black cardamom) 1-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) tsp-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Tez pata (Bay leaves) 2-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs-Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed 1 tsp -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 ts-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Chawal (Rice) 750g (boiled until 3/4th done) -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1-2 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) fried -Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs Directions:-In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,green chilli,lemon juice,black pepper powder,white pepper powder, salt,ginger garlic paste and mix well.-Add chicken and mix well.-Add cheddar cheese,mix well,cover and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.-In grinder,add almonds and water and grind to a make a paste & set aside.-In bowl,add yogurt,cream,mayonnaise,almond paste,whisk well & set aside.-In wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and cook until done (approx. 20-25 minutes) and give a coal smoke for 2 minutes then take out chicken in a bowl & set aside.-In the same wok,add green chillies,garlic,ginger and cook for a minute.-Add onion and saut until translucent & let it cool.-In chopper,add onion & green chilli mixture and chop well.-Add fresh coriander and mint leaves and chop again & set aside.-In wok,add cooking oil,grinded onion paste,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add cloves,green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon stick,black peppercorns,star anise,bay leaves, cumin seeds and mix well.-Add coriander seeds,fennel seeds,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,salt and mix well.-Add yogurt & cream mixture and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.-In pot,add half quantity of boiled rice,prepared gravy,cooked malai boti,mint leaves,fresh coriander, fried onion,remaining boiled rice and butter,cover and steam cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Directions:-Bowl mein dahi,cream,hari mirch,lemon juice,kali mirch powder,safed mirch powder,namak aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.-Grinder mein badam aur pani dal dein aur grind ker ka paste tayyatr ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein dahi,cream,mayonnaise aur badam paste dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.-Karhai mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 20-25 minutes) phir 2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein aur bowl mein nikal ker side per rakh dein.-Us he karhai mein hari mirch,lehsan aur adrak dal ker 1 minute kliya paka lein.-Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak saut ker lein or thanda ker len.-Chopper mein pyaz & hari mirch mixture dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.-Hara dhania aur podina dal ker dubara ache tarha chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karhai mein cooking oil aur grinded paste dal ker ache tarha mix karen aur 2-3 minutes liya paka len.-Laung,hari elaichi,badi elaichi,darchini,sabut kali mirch,badiyan ka phool,tez paat aur zeera dal ker ache tarha mix karein.-Sabut dhania,saunf,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarha mix ker lein.-Dahi & cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karen or dhak ker halki anch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka len.-Pot may boiled chawal ki half quantity,tayyar gravy,cooked malai boti,podina,hara dhania,fried pyaz,remaining boiled chawal aur makhan dal dein aur dhak ker halki anch per 8-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker len & serve karen!
