Ingredients for 3 Spoon MILK CAKE:
For cake:
3 eggs
3 heaped tbsp sugar
3 heaped tbsp flour
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
3 heaped tbsp semolina
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
For sherbet:
500-600 mL milk or milk and mix of water
3/4 of a cup sugar
To serve:Coconut flakes
