Ingredients for Maida Laddoo
Refined Flour - मैदा - 1 Cup (130 grams)
Desi Ghee - घी - 1/2 Cup (100 grams)
Milk - दूध - 1 tbsp
Almond Flakes - बादाम कतरन - 1 tbsp
Pistachio Flakes - पिस्ता कतरन - 1 tbsp
Charoli Seeds - चिरोंजी - 1 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut - नारियल का बुरादा - 1/4 Cup
Fresh Malai - मलाई - 1/4 Cup
Tagaar - बूरा - 3/4 Cup
Raisin - किशमिश - 1 tbsp, chopped
Cardamom - इलाइची - 5- 6, coarsely ground
How to prepare maida ke laddu?

1. Take 1 cup maida in a bowl and mix 2 tbsp of desi ghee and 1 tbsp of milk.
2. The dough is binding well, press and layer the maida in the bowl. Cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, sift the maida into a bowl to open all the lumps.
4. Add ghee to the Kadai and roast the maida over low-medium flame till color changes and becomes fragrant.
5. keep the flame low and mix 1 tbsp of almond flakes, 1 tbsp of pistachios, and 1 tbsp of chironji to the maida.
6. Roast dry fruits with maida, add 1/4 cup of dessicated coconut and roast for a minute.
7. Add 1/4 cup of fresh malai and and roast the mixture together with malai for 2 minutes.
8. When the mixture is ready, take it out in a bowl and allow it to cool.
9. Once the mixture cools, add 3/4 cup of boora, 1 tbsp of raisins, 5-6 coarsely crushed cardamom, and mix well.
10. Take out a little mixture and bind with both hands to make ladoos. Prepare all the ladoos similarly.
11. Maida Laddus are ready to be served.
