Perfect make and store Mac and Cheese Samosa recipe for you #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #OlpersCreamWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3DinvfZMac & Cheese Samosa (make and freeze) Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Boiling water as required-Soy sauce 1 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs-Chicken fillet 200g-Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup-Olpers Dairy Cream Cup-Italian seasoning 1 tsp-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste -Cayenne pepper 1 tsp-Mustard paste 1 tbs-Olpers Cheddar cheese grated 200g-Macaroni 200g (boiled as per packs instruction)-Olpers Mozzarella cheese grated 200g-Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup-Water Cup-Samosa sheets as required-Cooking oil for frying-Olpers cheese Directions:-In a boiling water,add soy sauce,vinegar,chicken,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (10-12 minutes),strain and shred with the help of forks & set aside.-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute.-On low flame,add milk,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.-Add cream & whisk well.-Add Italian seasoning,black pepper crushed,garlic powder,salt,cayenne pepper,mustard paste & whisk well.-Add cheddar cheese,whisk well and cook until cheese melts.-Add boiled macaroni,shredded chicken & mix well. -Remove from stove,add mozzarella cheese & mix well.-Let it cool & set aside. -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,gradually add water & whisk well.Flour paste is ready!-Take samosa sheet and fold it to make a pocket,add mac & cheese filling in the center,apply flour paste and roll into the shape of samosa,seal the corners with flour paste.-Similarly make other samosas (makes 40-50).-Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.Deep Fry:-In a wok,heat cooking oil & deep fry samosa on medium flame until golden brown & crispy. Baking:-Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 10-12 minutes,brush oil on mac & cheese samosa (flip in between once after 5 minutes). Air Fry: -Air fry at 180C for 8-10 minutes, brush oil on mac & cheese samosa (flip in between once after 4 minutes). -On fried samosas,grate cheese with the help of grater & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Boiling water as required-Soy sauce 1 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs-Chicken fillet 200g-Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup-Olpers Dairy Cream Cup-Italian seasoning 1 tsp-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste -Cayenne pepper 1 tsp-Mustard paste 1 tbs-Olpers Cheddar cheese grated 200g-Macaroni 200g (boiled as per packs instruction)-Olpers Mozzarella cheese grated 200g-Maida (All-purpose flour) Cup-Water Cup-Samosa sheets as required-Cooking oil for frying-Olpers cheese Directions:-Boiling water mein soy sauce,sirka aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes) phir strain ker ka fork ki madad sa shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.-Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.-Halki ancch per doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.-Cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Italian seasoning,kali mirch crushed,lehsan powder,namak,cayeen powder aur mustard paste dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein-Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein.-Boiled macaroni,shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chulhay sa hata lein aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thanda ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Bowl mein maida aur thora thora ker ka pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour paste tayyar hai.-Samosa sheet la ker pocket bana lein aur tayyar mac & cheese filling ko center mein bhar dein aur samosa ki shape bana lein aur corners ko maida ka paste laga ker seal ker lein.-Is he tarhan baqi samosa bhi bana lein (makes 40-50).-1-month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.Deep Fry:-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown & crispy hunay tak deep fry ker lein.Baking:-Mac & cheese samosa per oil laga lein aur preheated oven mein 200C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein (flip in between once after 5 minutes). Air Fry:-Mac & cheese samosa per oil laga lein aur air fry mein 180C per 8-10 minutes kliya bake ker lein (flip in between once after 4 minutes). -Fried samosa per cheese ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein & serve karein!
