LUNCH PREP LIVE WITH DATE MUSTARD RECIPE

Date Mustard Dressing Recipe:
6 Medjool dates
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1.5 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup of water
Blend until creamy and enjoy!
