What I ate for lunch today as a 18 year low fat raw vegan

A useful trick to get more calories in per meal on a fruit based diet is to sequence your fruit meals, meaning, start with the wateriest fruit first and then move progressively to the most dense and sweet

This brings about smoother digestion, can really help keep you more satiated and makes it much easier to get more calories in per meal

The number one reason people fall off of a fruit based lifestyle is due to under eating total calories, in order to thrive its important to have a mindset of abundance, that its much easier to under eat than over eat on fruit

While this size of meal and 2-3 meals a day is normal for me 18 years into a raw diet its more common for people newer to the lifestyle to eat 1/2 this size or less and require 3-5 meals a day to get enough

Finding that sweet spot right between as much as you enjoy and as much as you can is key, the caveat is to also aim to eat mindfully in a calm balanced state as much as possible

I hope this helps you to more easily embrace the abundance that Mother Nature blesses us with, life is truly sweet
