A perfect recipe to impress the guests. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3Eucd7dLoaded Potato PoppersIngredients:Sauce:-Cream Cup-Mustard paste 1 & tbs-Mayonnaise 3 tbs-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leaves handful-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4-Lemon juice tbs-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs-Sausages sliced 6-7 or as requiredPotato Poppers:-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium-Paprika powder 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Chicken powder tbs (optional)-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & tsp-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs-Mozzarella cheese grated Cup-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3-Breadcrumbs as required-Cooking oil for fryingAssembling:-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped -Hari piyaz (Spring onion) choppedDirections:Prepare Sauce:-In a blender jug add cream, mustard paste, mayonnaise, fresh coriander, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, salt & blend until well combined. Transfer to a squeeze bottle then set aside.-In a frying pan heat cooking oil, add sausages and fry on medium flame until golden, then set aside.Potato poppers:-In a bowl grate boiled potatoes. -Add paprika powder, salt, chicken powder, black pepper powder, all-purpose flour, mozzarella cheese & mix well.-With the help of greased hands, take small quantity of mixture (20g) & make a popper shape.
