Loaded Potato Poppers

Ingredients:
Sauce:
-Cream Cup
-Mustard paste 1 & tbs
-Mayonnaise 3 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leaves handful
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4
-Lemon juice tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Sausages sliced 6-7 or as required
Potato Poppers:
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder tbs (optional)
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated Cup
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3
-Breadcrumbs as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Assembling:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped
-Hari piyaz (Spring onion) chopped


Directions:
Prepare Sauce:
-In a blender jug add cream, mustard paste, mayonnaise, fresh coriander, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, salt & blend until well combined. Transfer to a squeeze bottle then set aside.
-In a frying pan heat cooking oil, add sausages and fry on medium flame until golden, then set aside.
Potato poppers:
-In a bowl grate boiled potatoes.
-Add paprika powder, salt, chicken powder, black pepper powder, all-purpose flour, mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-With the help of greased hands, take small quantity of mixture (20g) & make a popper shape. Make all poppers in the same manner.
-Dip poppers in whisked egg & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 36-38).
-Heat cooking oil in a wok & deep fry coated poppers for 2 minutes or until golden brown & crispy.
Assembling:
-Arrange fried poppers in a dish, add fried sausages, tomatoes, prepared sauce, spring onion & serve!

-Blender jug may cream, mustard paste, mayonnaise, hara dhania, lehsan, hari mirch, lemon juice, namak daal kara chi tarah blend klarlen. Bottle may daal kara lag rakh den.
-Aik fryin pan may oil garam karen, sausages daal kar golden honay tak fry karlen or alag rakhden.
Prepare Potato poppers:
-Aik bowl may boiled aloo grate karlen.
-Ab paprika powder, namak, chicken powder, kali mirch powder, maida, mozzarella cheese daal kara chi mix karlen.
-Oil se hath grease karen choti si quantity len(20g) or mixture k chotay chotay poppers bana len (makes 36-38).
-Poppers ko whisked egg may dibo kar breadcrumbs se coat karlen.
-Frying pan oil garam karen, medium anch par poppers ko 2 minutes ya golden or crispy honay tak fry kar k nikal len.
Assembling:
-Aik dish may fried poppers ko arrange karen.
-Ab un par fried sausages, tamatar, tayar sauce, hara pyaz daal kar serve karen!
