Live Cooking Gozleme With Mom

I am cooking Gozleme or Etli Ekmek as we say in Kastamonu with my mom together. We are making it with two different fillings: Cheese and minced meat. Join us!

Ingredients For Gozleme:
For the dough:
1+1/4 cup water at room temperature
1/4 cup lukewarm milk (optional)
1 tsp salt
about 4+1/3 cups or more flour
More flour to roll the dough
For the minced meat filling:
200gr. minced meat
1 medium-size onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 egg
about 1/2 cup of lukewarm water
For the cheese filling:
about 1 cup Turkish white cheese, or a mix of ricotta or other hard cheeses you can try (traditionally we use caba alt)
1/4 tsp each sat, black pepper, red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried mint (optional)
