These braised pork meatballs are tender, flavorful, and easy to cook! INGREDIENTS (3 egg-sized meatballs):- 240g (8.5 oz.) ground pork- 80g baby bok choy- 1 stalk green onion- 2 shiitake mushrooms- 6 thin slices of ginger- 55 mL light soy sauce- 5 mL dark soy sauce- 6g sugar- 10g corn starchDIRECTIONS:1. prep your ingredients by chopping the green onions and slicing the ginger. soak your mushrooms in water if they are dried. add a little bit of water into the cornstarch and mix well.2. form the ground pork into 3 balls.3. add cooking oil into a heated pan on low-medium heat4. coat the meatballs evenly in the corn starch mixture5. pan fry the meatballs until the outside is browned6. during this process, add in ginger slices, green onions, sugar, and shiitake mushrooms7. add in hot water8. transfer to another pot to begin the braising process if needed9. the meatballs should be almost submerged in the water10. add in soy sauce and put the lid on11. when the water is boiling, turn down the heat to low, and let it simmer for 1 hour12. after one hour, add in the bok choy 13. serve and enjoy!MUSIC: Moments by Ikson https://soundcloud.com/iksonMusic promoted by Audio Library https://youtu.be/aK8c0y04nL8
