Gyoza wrapper
110ml water
200g bread flour ( or all-purpose flour)

Filling
200g cabbage
200g pork shoulder
20g garlic chives
10g grated ginger
10g grated garlic
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
1 ts chicken soup paste
1/2 ts sugar
1/4 ts salt
pepper to taste

Scallion sauce
2 tbs Lemon Ponzu soy sauce
2 stalks chopped scallion
1 ts sesame seeds
1 ts grated ginger
1 ts sesame oil

Sauce for pan-fried Gyoza
1 tbs Lemon Ponzu sauce
2 to 3 drops chili oil
