Lemon Honey Chicken Drumsticks Ready in 30 Minutes!

Ingredients
6-7 chicken drumsticks (1 pound/500g)
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, grated
salt, to taste
freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons honey
Garnish: 2-3 scallions, thinly sliced and lemon wedges
Instructions
Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat and brown the chicken on all sides. About 8 minutes total.

In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, garlic, and honey and whisk them all together.

Pour the lemon honey sauce into the pan.

Cover with a lid and add a half cup of water.

Cook over medium heat until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 F, 74 C. About 15 minutes.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Garnish with the sliced scallions and lemon wedges and serve.
