It's low on spices and high on taste!. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3aApnEoVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids' special recipes.Lebanese Hashweh RiceServes 5-6 Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Olive oil 2-3 tbs -Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Beef qeema (Mince) lean kg-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp-Chawal (Rice) basmati 2 Cups (soaked for 10 minutes)-Water 3.5 Cups or as required -Laung powder (Clove powder) tsp-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tsp-All spices 1 tsp-Olive oil 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) peeled & sliced Cup-Pine nuts Cup-Kali kishmish (Black raisins) Cup (washed & soaked for 5 minutes) Directions:-In pot,add olive oil,butter and let it melt.-Add onion,garlic and saut until for a minute.-Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color.-Add salt,black pepper crushed,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.-Add rice,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add water and mix well.-Add clove powder,cinnamon powder,all spices and mix well,cook on medium high flame until water is reduced (4-5 minutes),cover & steam cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.-Turn off the flame and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. -In frying pan,add olive oil,almonds,pine nuts,black raisins and fry until golden.Serving Idea:-In a bowl,add fried nuts (reserve 2-3 tbs for garnishing),cooked rice and press gently,upside down on serving plate.-Garnish with reserved fried nuts,fresh parsley & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Olive oil 2-3 tbs -Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Beef qeema (Mince) lean kg-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp-Chawal (Rice) basmati 2 Cups (soaked for 10 minutes)-Water 3.5 Cups or as required-Laung powder (Clove powder) tsp-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tsp-All spices 1 tsp-Olive oil 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) peeled & sliced Cup-Pine nuts Cup-Kali kishmish (Black raisins) Cup (washed & soaked for 5 minutes) Directions:-Pot mein olive oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.-Pyaz aur lehsan da ker ek minute kliya saut karein.-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Chawal dal ker mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Laung powder,darchini powder aur all spices dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani tez ancch per pani reduce ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes),dhak dein aur halki ancch per 15-20 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur 10-15 minutes kliya chor dein.-Frying pan mein olive oil,badam,chilgozay ayr kali kishmish dal ker golden hunay tak fry ker lein.Serving Idea:-Bowl mein fried nuts (reserve 2-3 tbs for garnishing) aur cooked chawal dal ker gently press ker lein aur serving plate per upside down ker lein.-Reserved fried nuts aur fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
