You cant help but love LAVO. The Italian-American restaurant and rooftop bar on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands Tower 1 serves hearty portions of Italian-American classics. Their luxe interiors, sweeping city views and decadent food are all reasons to visit. On Sundays, they serve an adults-only champagne brunch, which is a boozy-delicious affair. A DJ will be spinning while you enjoy free-flow pours of Veuve Clicquot champagne, cocktails, wine and beer. Guests can have their fill of U.S and Irish oysters, shrimp cocktail, chilled snow crab, charred octopus with fennel and red wine vinaigrette, tuna tartare with black olive vinaigrette, and eggplant caponata with whipped goat cheese. To fill up further, load up on the applewood smoked bacon, and their signature meatballs made from imperial wagyu and Italian sausage.
