Lasun Chutney is a dish mostly used with Maharashtrian street foods like vada pav to which it ads and added spiciness.LASUN CHUTNEYIngredients 15-20 garlic cloves (lasun)1 teaspoon oil1 cup dried coconut slices3-4 dried red chillies1 teaspoon white sesame seeds½ teaspoon citric acidSalt to taste1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powderMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till fragrant. Transfer on a plate. 2. Put coconut to the same non-stick pan and sauté till golden brown, transfer on the same plate and cool.3. Coarsely grind together sautéed garlic-coconut mixture and dried red chillies. Add sesame seeds, citric acid, salt, sugar, chilli powder and coriander powder and grind again. 4.
