Lasooni Aloo Palak Ingredients:
Water
1tsp Salt
2 Bunches of Spinach
20-25 Cloves of Garlic
3 Green Chillies (slit)
Water
'Ice Cubes
1 Onion (medium-sized/chopped)
2 tbsp Ghee
4-5 Potatoes (medium-sized/diced
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala

For Tadka
2 tbsp Ghee
5 -6 Dried red chillies
1/4 cup crushed garlic

About Lasooni Aloo Palak
Lasooni Aloo Palak is an Indian dish consisting of pured spinach, pounded garlic & boiled potatoes. Saag paneer is different from traditional palak paneer in that it contains other green leafy vegetables, such as mustard greens, whereas palak paneer only contains spinach. Lasooni Aloo Palak is served hot with a side such as roti, naan, paranthas, makki di roti, or boiled rice. It can also be served with onions on the side for a more traditional approach.
