Ingredients For Lamb Stew With Chestnuts!
400-500gr. lamb leg (preferably cut into cubes in chestnuts size)
2oogr. chestnuts (water and tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt to boil)
200gr. pearl onions
1-2 cinnamon stick
3 cloves of garlic
salt, black pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp butter if prefer or if the meat doesn't have much fat
