Mix MasalaMethod:-- In a pan heat oil and saute ginger-garlic-chilli paste, onions, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt, coriande leaves until the onion turns soft.- Mix the horse gram flour with water to form a thick paste making sure no lumps are formed.- Pour the mixture in the pan followed by mix masala and stir until the mixture is thick.- Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.Enjoy Kulith Pithale with Bhakari, Chapati or Rice!
