Korean Style Chicken Shots
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Monsalwa Chicken crispy shots 1 pack (680g)
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Korean Sauce:
-Dried thai red chillies 6-8
-Water 2 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
-Brown sugar powdered 3-4 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Water Cup or as required
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) toasted 1 tsp
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tbs
-Sesame seeds
-Spring onion leaves

Directions:
-In a wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry chicken crispy shots on medium flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare Korean Sauce:
-In a spice mixer,add dried thai red chillies,water,grind well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & saut until light golden.
-Add tomato ketchup,brown sugar,red chilli powder,salt,thai red chillies paste,vinegar,soy sauce & mix well.
-Add water,mix well & cook for a minute.
-In cornflour,add water & whisk well.
-Gradually add dissolved cornflour & mix well until sauce thickens.
-Now add fried chicken crispy shots & give it a good mix to evenly coat chicken shots.
-Add sesame seeds,sesame oil & mix well.
-Garnish with sesame seeds,spring onion leaves & serve!

-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken crispy shots ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak deep fry ker lein (2-3 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Korean Sauce:
-Spice mixer mein dried thai red chillies aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak saut ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup,brown sugar,lal mirch powder,namak,thai red chillies paste,sirka aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka dissolved cornflour dal dein aur sauce garha ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab fried chicken crispy shots dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Safed til aur til ka tel dal ker mix ker lein.
-Safed til aur hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
