Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rice Flour
- 1.5 tbsp Urad Dal Flour
- Coconut Oil for deep frying
- Asafoetida/Hing Dissolved In Water
- 1 tbsp White Butter
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Water as required

Method:
1. Dry roast rice flour. Transfer onto a bowl.
2. Add rest of the ingredients, except water and mix well.
3. Add water and knead into a pliable dough. Don’t over knead.
4. Shape portions of dough into rings (as shown in the video) and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour.
5. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. Serve as Naivedya/ Prasad.
