KOKI

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour + for dusting
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp dried pomegranate seeds
Milk as required
Salt to taste
Ghee for basting

Method

1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, some milk and salt and knead into a soft dough. Set aside for 1 hour.
2. Divide the mixture into small equal portions.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa.
4. Coat each portion with some flour and roll out to make semi-thick discs. Dork each disc with a fork.
5. Roast each disc on hot tawa from sides till golden and crisp, basting with some ghee.
6. Serve hot.
