KOKIIngredients 1 cup whole wheat flour + for dusting1 medium onion, finely chopped1-2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves1-2 green chillies, finely chopped1 tbsp dried pomegranate seedsMilk as requiredSalt to tasteGhee for bastingMethod1. Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, pomegranate seeds, some milk and salt and knead into a soft dough. Set aside for 1 hour.2. Divide the mixture into small equal portions.3. Heat a non-stick tawa.4. Coat each portion with some flour and roll out to make semi-thick discs. Dork each disc with a fork.5. Roast each disc on hot tawa from sides till golden and crisp, basting with some ghee. 6.
