Kobicha Rassa (Cabbage Gravy) By Archana | India Food Network

Ingredients :

1 cabbage grated
2 onions finely chopped
Coriander
1 tbsp mix masala
½ tsp hing (asafoetida)
Salt to taste
½ tsp rai (mustard seeds)
½ tsp haldi powder (turmeric powder)
10- 12 curry leaves
1 small bowl peanuts soaked in water
1 big bowl thick coconut milk
Oil
Water
