Then add the mustard seeds, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, chopped onion & salt. Mix everything well.- Add chopped cabbage and again mix everything well.- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes.- Remove it from the flame. Grate some cheese and let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.To Make the Parathas- Make a soft dough with flour, oil and water.- Make small size round balls to make flat rotis.- Fill the stuffing in the rotis and seal the edges as shown in the video.- Heat up some oil on a pan.
