Ingredients for Mince Mixture:
Mutton Mince 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Tomato (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Fresh coriander (chopped) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Potato Mixture:
Potatoes (peeled) 1 kg
Water as required
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Potato mixture as required
Cooked mince as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Mince Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add mince, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, coriander, cumin and mix well. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated mince and cook until changes color and releases water.
3. Cover with lid and cook on low flame until water dries out.
4. Take off lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off flame and let it cool at room temperature. Add fresh coriander and give it a good mix. Set aside.
Directions for Potato Mixture Preparation:
5. In a pot heat water and add peeled potatoes, boil them until tender. Strain and cool them down.
6. Mash the potatoes and add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, coriander, green chilies and mix well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
7. Now take the mashed potatoes on the palm of your hand and flatten them, place cooked mince on it and seal it with outer edges of the mashed potatoes.
8. Now dip it in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs and set aside.
9. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry each side until crispy and golden brown.
10. Your Keema stuffed cutlets are ready. serve them with ketchup.
