In a bowl add mince, ginger garlic paste, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, coriander, cumin and mix well. Rest for 30 minutes.2. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated mince and cook until changes color and releases water. 3. Cover with lid and cook on low flame until water dries out.4. Take off lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off flame and let it cool at room temperature. Add fresh coriander and give it a good mix. Set aside.Directions for Potato Mixture Preparation:5. In a pot heat water and add peeled potatoes, boil them until tender. Strain and cool them down.6. Mash the potatoes and add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, coriander, green chilies and mix well. Set aside.Directions for Assembling:7.
