Keema Khameeri Roti -- Fermented dough roti topped with a spicy keema mix.

Ingredients:
Butter milk ¼ cup
Salt
Sugar 1 tb
All purpose flour 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Mince meat 250 g
Onion chopped 1n
Garlic chopped 4 cloves
Mint 1 b
Coriander 1 b
Garam masala 1 ts
Chilly powder 1 ts
Tomatoes 2 n
Egg 1 n

Directions:

Take a bowl, add butter milk, salt, sugar, all purpose flour and mix this well and rest it for over night.

Take a bowl add fermented batter, add milk, all purpose flour, salt, mix it and knead it for 4 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes and add butter, again knead it for 5 minutes and cover it and let it rest for 2 hours.

Take a bowl add mince meat, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped mint & coriander, salt, garam masala powder, chilly powder, chopped tomatoes, egg, mix it well.

Take the dough and divide them into equal portions.
Take one portion and spread with fingers on the plate and add the mince meat mixture, add some oil on the top, place the roti on the griddle cook for 2 minutes in a slow flame, then transfer it on the baking tray, bake them at 250 c for 7 to 8 minutes.
