Refrigerate for 30 minutes.-Strain the liquid and set aside. Pickled vegetables are ready.-In a small bowl add sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sesame seeds, mix until well combined & set aside. Sriracha mayo sauce is ready.-Cut chicken fillet horizontally in 2 parts and pound both sides with the help of steak hammer.-Sprinkle black pepper crushed, salt and rub gently with the help of fingers. Turn the sides and repeat the same. Pickled vegetables tayar hain.-Small bowl may sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, til daal kar achi tarah milayen or alag rakh den. Sriracha mayo sauce tayar hai.-Chicken fillet ko horizontally cut karlen or steak hammer ki madad se pound karlen.-Kali mirch crushed or namak charak kar fingers se rub karen. Sides turn kar procedure repeat karen or 30 minjute k liye refrigerate karden.-Aik plate may whisked anday daalen or dusri plate may bread crumbs.-Aik or plate may maida or chicken powder daal kar milayen.-Ab chicken fillet ko dono sides se maida se coat karen phir anday may dip kar k bread crumbs se achi tarah coat karlen.-Coated katsu chicken ko freezer may 1 month tak store kar saktay hain.-Frying pan may oi garam karen or coated katsu chicken ko low flame par dono sides se golden brown honay tak fry karlen (3-4 minutes).Assembling:-Buger bun pe sriracha mayo sauce daal kar phela len, phir pickled vegetables, katsu fried chicken, sriracha mayo sauce, pickled vegetables, katsu fried chicken, sriracha mayo sauce daal kar bun se cover karden.-Katsu chicken burger ko fries or ketchup k sath serve karen.
