Complete recipes along with chutneys. #HappyCookingToYouWritten recipe: https://bit.ly/2WBTZ0HVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Katori ChaatRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Dough:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp-Oil 2 & ½ tbs-Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup or as required-Oil for fryingPrepare Meethi Chutney:-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 Cup-Cheeni (Sugar) ¾ Cup or to taste-Sonth (Dried ginger powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste-Saunf (Fennel seeds) powdered 1 tsp-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to tastePrepare Green Chutney:-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3 -Lemon juice 1 tbs-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste-Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup-Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required Prepare Chaat:-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 Cup-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium -Hari moong daal (Green lentil gram) soaked & boiled 1 Cup-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 1 medium -Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1-2 -Namak (Salt) to taste-Chaat masala to tasteAssembling:-Prepared katori-Chaat-Green Chutney-Meethi chutney-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked-Meethi chutney-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed -Chaat masala-Nimco sevDirections:For Dough:-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,oil and mix well.-Gradually add water,mix well and knead until dough is formed and let it rest for 15 minutes.-Take a small dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin and prick with fork (makes 8).-On inverted small bowl (1 x 3.5 inch),place rolled dough and press the edges and cut with the help of the knife.-In wok,heat oil and fry katori wrapped with dough until golden & crispy and remove small bowl with the help of the tong (makes 10-12).For Meethi chutney:-In frying pan,add tamarind pulp,sugar and mix well.-Add dried ginger powder,red chili powder,fennel seeds,red chili crushed and salt,mix well and cook for 2 minutes & set aside.For Green chutney:-In ginder,add green chilies,lemon juice,salt,mint leaves,fresh coriander and water,grind well & set aside.For Chaat:-In bowl,add chickpeas,potatoes,green lentil gram,onion,tomato,green chilies,salt,chaat masala and mix well.Assembling:-On prepared katori,add chaat,green chutney,meethi chutney,yogurt,meethi chutney,red chili crushed, chaat masala,nimco sev & serve.Recipe in Urdu:Directions:For Dough:-Bowl mein maida,namak aur oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur fork sa prick ker lein (makes 8).-Chotay inverted bowl (1 x 3.5 inch) mein rolled dough rakh dein aur edges ko press ker ka knife ki madad sa cut ker lein.-Karhai mein oil garam karein aur katori wrapped dough ko golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein aur chotay bowl ko tang ki madad sa bahir nikal lein (makes 10-12).For Meethi chutney:-Frying pan mein imli pulp aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Sonth,lal mirch powder,saunf,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.For Green chutney:-Grinder mein hari mirch,lemon juice,namak,podina,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.For Chaat:-Bowl mein chanay,aloo,hari moong daal,pyaz,tamatar,hari mirch,namak aur chaat masala dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Assembling:-Tayyar katori mein chaat,hari chutney,meethi chutney,dahi,meethi chutney,lal mirch crushed, chaat masala aur nimco sev dal ker serve karein.
