Kashmiri Lamb Kidney | Gurda Masala | Kashmiri Bokhwat Salan | Kashmiri Tadka Twist

Kashmiri Gurda Masala or Lamb Kidney curry is very simple to make using basic minimal spices yet it tastes so good. It’s usually semi-dry with very minimal curry to it and goes very well with the steamed rice. Rich in nutrients and proteins, kidney meat contains omega 3 fatty acids it’s also known to contain anti-inflammatory properties and to be good for the heart. The recipe can be tinkered easily to suit your style of taste for example you can skip adding yogurt if you don’t like it.
