The powder is a mixture of roasted coriander seeds, cumin seeds & fennel seeds.Ingredients:4 Cups Water2 Cups Milk1 tbsp Kashaaya Powder (coriander seeds, cumin seeds & fennel seeds)Sugar, as requiredMethod:- To make the kashaaya powder in a pan dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Let it cool down. Grind everything to a fine powder. Kashaaya powder is ready to be used.- In a pan heat some water and milk.- Add kashaaya powder and sugar.
