It makes for an awesome appetizer for all!KARARE GOBHI KE CUTLETSIngredients2 cups grated cauliflower1 tbsp crushed ginger-garlic-green chilliesSalt to taste½ tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tbsp dried mango powderCrushed black peppercorns to taste1½ tbsps white sesame seeds1 medium onion, chopped¼ cup rice flour¾ cup gram flour2 tbsps chopped fresh corianderOil for shallow fryingMicro greens for garnishGreen chutney for servingTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Take cauliflower in a bowl. Add crushed ginger-garlic- green chllies, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder, crushed peppercorns, white sesame seeds, onion, rice flour and gram flour and mix well. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis.3. Heat oil in a shallow nonstick pan and shallow fry the tikkis on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or till crisp.4. Drain on absorbent paper5.
