कांद्याच्या पातीची सुकी भाजी - Spring Onion Sabzi / Hare Pyaz ki Sabzi also known as Kandyachya Patichi Bhaji in Maharashtra is a simple yet delicious dish and you can enjoy this with Rice Bhakri; of which, you can find the link below:

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves(chopped)
- Spring Onions(chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Spring Onion Leaves(chopped)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Leaves(chopped)
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- Water
- 1/4 cup coconut(grated)

Method:
1. Turn on the flame, and in a medium-sized pan take oil, and let it heat
2. Now, add chopped garlic cloves, chopped spring onions, turmeric powder, salt and saute it
3. Once the onion becomes soft, add spring onion to it, followed with 1 tsp red chilli powder, some chopped coriander leaves and saute it again
4. Now, add gram flour & some water
5. Mix it and cover it for around 5 minutes
6. Once it is cooked, turn off the flame and add grated coconut
7. Mix it and serve it hot
