Immediately remove them in another plate.- In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onions & turmeric powder. Saute everything for a minute. Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft.- Add the soaked poha, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt.
