You will require the following ingredients to learn how to cook kanda bhajiya at home:

Besan/ Gram flour 1 cup

Rice flour 1/3 cup

Hing/ asafoetida

Onions- 2 sliced

Ginger, chopped 1 tsp

Green chilli, chopped 1 tsp

Curry leaves - few

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying
