Learn how to make Kalakand, an easy Diwali sweet recipe by Ruchi Bharani on Rajshri Food.

Sweets are an integral part of all the festivals and Diwali is no exception. So during this Diwali, treat your guest and yourself with delicious Indian Sweet, Kalakhand and make your Diwali memorable.

Ingredients:
-1 ltr of Full Fat Milk
- Pinch of Alum powder
- 200g Grated Paneer
- 8 tbsp of sugar
- Cardamom powder

Method:
- Boil milk for 10 minutes
- Add a pinch of Alum powder and keep stirring
- Add grated paneer and mix well and cook it for a minute
- Add sugar and mix it will the water evaporates
- Turn off flame and add cardamom powder
- Garnish with almond and pistachio
