Kakadicha Sandan (Cucumber Cake) is a traditional Maharashtrian Sweet dish made with Kakadi (cucumber), coconut and jaggery during auspicious occasions. Learn this easy to make Indian dessert from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani.Ingredients:1 Grated Cucumber1 Cup Grated Coconut1 Cup Jaggery4-5 tbsp Semolina1 tbsp Oil1 tbsp Cashews1/2 tsp Cardamom PowderPinch of Saltसाहित्य:१ काकडी, किसून१ कप ओला नारळ१ कप गुळ४-५ tbsp रवा१ tbsp तेल१ tbsp काजू१/२ tsp वेलची पावडरमीठMethod:- In a pan, heat some oil.- Add grated coconut, jaggery, cucumber, salt, cashews & cardamom powder. Mix everything well till the jaggery melts completely.- Once the jaggery melts, switch off the flame.- Add semolina as required and mix well.- Grease an aluminium tray with oil.
