Mix them well.Once the dals turn red in color add chopped onions, coriander leaves, and let the onions turn translucent.Add salt to taste and wait for the onions to soften.Add grated raw mango and mix well.Add cooked rice and mix well.Wait for it to cook and then take it out on a serving plate and garnish it with finely chopped raw mangoes and coriander.Your Raw Mango Rice is ready to eat.Procedure for the plain rice: If you take 4 cups rice, add 8 cups of water and salt to taste. Let the water boil and then add the washed rice to it.Let the rice cook till one boil, and then separate the water from the rice.
