Kadhi Pakora Banane Ka Tarika @Cooking with Asifa Kari pakora recipe is a thick gravy based on garam flour & deep fried vegetable pakora with Dahi in it, famous as Punjabi dish or Desi Food. Its eaten with Boiled rice or Roti(Bread).Ingredients:-For Kadhi:Yogurt 1/2 kgGram flour 1 1/2 cupOnion paste 1 ginger and garlic paste 1 tbspRed chili powder 1 1/2 tbspSalt as per taste Coriander powder 1 tspGaram masala 1/2 tspTurmeric powder 1 tspLemon 1 pcs water 2 kgFor Pakoray/Pakoda:Potatoes 2 Onion 1 largeGram flour 2 cupFresh coriander leaves 1/2 cupGreen chili 6-7 pcs Red chili powder 1 tspCrushed coriander seeds 1 tspGaram-Masala 1/2 tspSalt as per tasteTurmeric powder 1/2 tspGinger and garlic paste 1 tspFor Tarka:Oil 1 cupTomato paste 2 tbspCumin seeds 1 tspOnion 1Carom (Ajwain) 1 pinchRecipe:-For Kadhai:Mix Yogurt, Gram flour, Onion paste, ginger garlic paste, Red chili powder, Salt, Coriander powder, Garam-masala, Turmeric powder & lemon in a big bowl.Now cook the mixture in a cooking pot with 2 kg water for about 2-2.5 hrs on a low flame.Kadhai mixture should be half of its quantity.For Pakoray/Pakoda:Mix potatoes, onions, gram flour, coriander leaves, green chilies, red chili powder, crushed coriander seeds, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste in a bowl.Add up a small amount of water to mix well to form the batter.Heat oil in a wok or pan, with hands, drop the pakora batter slowly in the oil & deep fry on medium flame till pakora turns golden brown.Take fried pakora from oil and put them in kadhai to cook for 5 mins.For Tarka:Heat oil in a fry-pan, add onion, cumin seeds & Carom, saute it.Add tomato paste and stir it.Add half of Tarka in pakora khadi mixture, cook it for a few minutes more.Serve Kadhai Pakora with remaining tarka over it.#KariPakora, #KadhaiPakora,
