Ingredients:
1-liter whole milk
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp corn or wheat starch
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 pack vanilla powder or vanilla extract the amount you usually use
straight design glasses
For the chocolate sauce:
2-3 heaped tbsp heavy cream
about 60-70 grams chopped bittersweet chocolate
To decorate:
coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts or unsweetened coconut flakes
