Today I want to share with you another OZONI, WHITE MISO version in Japanese, SHIRO MISO ZONI.

We have so many varieties of OZONI in each region, and this is more popular in the Kansai where I live.

And it's vegan!

serves 4
・Vegan Dashi
2~3 dried shiitake mushroom (20g)
2 pieces dried Kombu kelp (10g)
1 Liter water
・ingredients
15 Satoimo (Japanese yam)
80g carrot

120g white miso
Mitsuba leaves
Yuzu peel
